Warranty and Repair Instructions: Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Required
The glass lenses in your leaded eyewear are not shatterproof and are not suited for protection against impact, laser protection, or working with infectious materials. Do not use your eyewear if it becomes damaged. For your safety, immediately repair or replace eyewear that has become pitted, chipped or damaged.
Care and Maintenance
Your radiation, laser and safety should be treated as a medical instrument and handled with care. Store your eyewear in the protective case when not in use. Your protective eyewear can be cleaned with AttenuTech/Barrieronline.com "Anti-Fog Lens Cleaner," or soaked in alcohol for ten minutes and rinsed with water. Cleaning your leaded glass eyewear with other commercial solvents may damage the lens and frames.
15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Upon receipt of your AttenuTech product, please check your order carefully. AttenuTech and Barrieronline.com offer a 15 day return policy for credit, refunds or exchanges:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your MicroLite® Eyewear, or wish to exchange for a different model, or if our laboratory committed an error on your prescription.
- AttenuTech® Glove boxes are intact, unopened, and in resellable condition and you require a different size, credit or refund.
You must submit a return materials authorization (RMA) request form within 15 days of your purchase for exchange, refund or credit. Do not return a product without an RMA number. All returns for credit, refund or exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
MicroLite protective eyewear is warranted for one year from the date of sale to be free of defects due to materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, dropping, user caused scratches, accidents or loss. Customers must request an RMA number from AttenuTech prior to returning a product for repair or replacement.

If your order is shipping internationally (outside of the U.S.) it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. AttenuTech and barrieronline.com have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they will be. Any charge that might be incurred is the customer's responsibility. AttenuTech and barrieronline.com are not responsible for ANY duties, taxes or broker fees that may be charged to your shipment. For further information please contact your local customs office.
